Business Administration – Levels 2 & 3

Course Overview – Level 2

You will cover all aspects of business administration, exploring topics such as business communications, customer service, market research, digital marketing and social media for business. We will also support you to develop your practical skills in line with up-to date working practices within a modern business environment. There is a strong emphasis on gaining the transferable skills and confidence needed to progress within employment and/or to higher-level study.
