This is a 3 day programme running from the 7th-9th of December, between 10am and 2pm.
It will provide participants with an insight into working as a Healthcare Assistant at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, as well as the opportunity to enhance your CV.
The programme covers a comprehensive trust style induction, insight into the role of a HCA, expectations and real life employees share their stories, as well as a workshop on completing application forms and interviews.
Successful attendance to all three days on the programme will grant you a guaranteed interview the following week for a position as a Healthcare Assistant, providing you meet the essential criteria of having your Level 2 Maths & English ((A*-C/ 9-4 equivalent).
