Education Centres 1 and 2 at Preston have The Academy Café which is a large dining hall. Education Centre 3 at Chorley has the Studies Dining Room.

LIFE Centre does not have any catering facilities.
Yes. If you require any adaptors to assist with your session you can sign these in/out at the reception desk.
Yes. You can access the ‘NHS WI-FI’ on your phone or device settings and follow the instructions given.
Yes. All our rooms are fully equipped with flipcharts, flipchart paper & pens.
Please ensure you bring your own device. Whilst are AV equipment is compatible with most laptops, please consider checking whether your device works with our systems prior to any large events taking place.

The Health Academy Education Centres are staffed:
- Education Centre 1 and 2 (Preston)
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4.00pm - Education Centre 3 (Chorley)
Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
The buildings are accessible with a valid Trust ID badge 24 hours per day.
Please check with the Education Centres Team for out of hours access.
With trust ID badge access the library is 24 hours but is only staffed;

Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:00
There is a free cash machine located in Booths which is a 5 minute walk from Education Centre 1 (Preston).
