You have access to city life as well as the amazing outdoors, perfect to relax and unwind after a day of studying. Whether you fancy a drink and some food in town, or a stroll around one of our many parks and gardens, we offer it all.
The city centre offers an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants, bars and nightlife, providing great options for everyone. The local area has beautiful outdoor spaces to explore, as well as being short train rides away from the likes of Lancaster, Blackpool and the Lake District – all of which make a great day out. Closer to Preston, we have Brock Bottom, Beacon Fell and the Forrest of Bowland, which are great spots for a walk and a picnic.
Being located in Preston for you studies rather than a bigger city also reduces your living costs! Rent is cheaper, eating out is cheaper, and even pints are cheaper (averaging only £2.30!).
