National Education and Training Survey now open
Health Education England have officially opened the National Education and Training Survey (NETS) to find out the views of healthcare students across all clinical learning environments about their experience on placement.
NETS is the only national survey of all healthcare learners and is different from other surveys because it gathers feedback from across the NHS and beyond.
If you're currently a student on placement with Lancashire Teaching Hospitals then we'd love to know what you think. Eligible students include:
- Postgraduate trainees (doctors in training)*
- Undergraduate medical students
- Nursing education students
- Allied Health Professionals
- Healthcare Scientists
- Pharmacy students
- Nurse Associates
- Physician Associates
Evaluating healthcare education and training placements is vital to identify improvements and share best practice, so you can develop the right skills, values and behaviours to deliver high quality patient care.
The survey will ask you what works well and what could be better, so improvements can be made to the clinical learning environment across the NHS.
The survey is open from Monday 11th November to Friday 6th December 2019 and should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
You can complete the survey from the following link: https://poll.hee.nhs.uk/s/IE7QC/
*Postgraduate medical students will have been sent a personalised link to complete NETS from NETS@hee.nhs.uk. This will contain pre-populated information about their placement so please encourage them to access the survey from this link.
