Our Apprenticeship schemes are aimed at people who have a passion for learning, are ambitious, imaginative, hard working and who are determined to succeed and make the most of the opportunities available.
We offer different apprenticeships to take your career in exciting directions in Business, Healthcare, Science, Engineering plus many others. Our apprentices receive lots of hands-on training from experienced professionals and are given real responsibility to help deliver innovative ways to meet the everyday needs of modern healthcare.
In an organisation as large and complex as this there are always opportunities available and our apprenticeship programmes continues to grow and develop each year, but no matter which apprenticeship you choose you will work towards nationally recognised qualifications. Along with The Health Academy, the Trust’s Apprenticeship training provider, we utilise several local and national training providers with sector specialisms to ensure the training provided meets the needs for our current and future workforce.
We retain approximately 90% of our apprentices at the end of their training and many have progressed to more senior roles with us.
