A three day advanced laparoscopic simulation course for O&G Trainees (ST5+), equivalent SAS Doctors and Consultants in Gynaecology seeking to develop their skills in Gynaecological Minimal Access Surgery. The course offers a highly intensive hands-on training opportunity. Days 1 and 2 consist of lecture based training with dry lab participation with a simulator per delegate. Day 3 will be a full day of simulation on porcine cadavers with a high faculty to delegate ratio. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 8 per course.
This course meets the theory requirements of the benign abdominal surgery ATSM in addition to providing the opportunity to operate in a wet lab.
