We try to meet or exceed student and learner expectations and value feedback on our performance.  If you are happy with the service you have received, please let us know by passing on a compliment. If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please let us know using the many ways to “have your say” or by raising a concern.

All feedback is treated seriously and appropriate action is taken.

Providing feedback

You can provide feedback about your experience at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals by attending a focus group or feedback session delivered by our impartial education governance team or through internal/national surveys.  If you would like to make a suggestion about how we could improve things, then please complete our suggestions form.  The Health Academy monitors these comments frequently.
