GPST Teaching Programme
Our GPST teaching programme is held in the purpose built Health Academy Centre every week at Royal Preston Hospital. We also provide car parking for those that are based off site.
ST3 teaching is every Wednesday morning from 9.30am – 1pm
ST1 and ST2 teaching alternate on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm – 5pm
We also run ST2 masterclasses for those currently on GP Placements
Our teaching sessions are often very interactive, and we use actors as simulated patients in a lot of our sessions. In ST3 we also run several mock exams every year to help you prepare. We ask all trainees for feedback following the teaching sessions to ensure that the topics are useful and relevant.
