Use BrowZine to easily find, read, and monitor thousands of scholarly journals available from your university, hospital, or corporate library who has a BrowZine subscription, or through Open Access publishers, covering all disciplines.
To access BrowZine from your smartphone or tablet - search for the keyword BrowZine, then download the free BrowZine app from the appropriate app store. Once you have downloaded the app you will be prompted to choose your institution, please choose Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Login using your OpenAthens password.
See at a glance your current loans, overdues, charges, messages, reservations and items ready for collection. Renew and reserve books using this app. This app is available on iOS and Android platforms. When logging in for the first time you will need to identify your institution: Lancashire Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. To login you will need to be a member of the library and have an RP or RC number, which should be on the back of your Trust ID. You will also need your PIN number. You can request a PIN number here.

The new app is fully portable and users don’t need to be connected to the internet to access it; this means the BNF and BNFC’s authoritative guidance is readily available at the point of care in a digital format to suit the needs of health and social care professionals. - Once you have accessed the BMJ Best Practice website, click ‘Create account‘ for a personal account or ‘Log in‘ if you already have one. You will need your ‘personal account’ details to access the app.
Accessing the app
- Access your Apple or Google Play store and search for ‘BMJ Best Practice’.
- Select the app and when prompted, use your BMJ Best Practice ‘personal account’ details to sign in and download the content
